Black Masterbatch

Jiangyin Shengsai Black Masterbatch adopts high-pigment carbon black, carrier resin and functional additives, and is produced by internal mixing and twin-screw granulation. It features high tinting strength, good dispersibility and weather resistance, being eco-friendly for thermoplastic coloring and modification. It delivers high colorability and opacity without surface grain or blistering, and has no adverse effect on product printing performance.

2. Usage and Dosage: 

1) Addition Ratio: Normally 1%-5%. For high blackness or thin products, 2%-4% is recommended, adjustable according to carbon black concentration, product thickness and color requirements. 

2) Application Process: Mix evenly directly with base resin, then process by conventional techniques such as injection molding, extrusion and blow molding; water-absorbent resins (e.g. PA, PC) shall be dried in advance. 

3. Scope of Application: 

1) Plastic film products: garbage bags, packaging films, agricultural mulch films, geomembranes, milk packaging films, cast films, composite films, construction films; 

2) Injection-molded plastic products: trash cans, medicine bottles, etc.; 

3) Pipe-grade plastic products: drainage pipes, PE pipes, etc. 

4. Packaging and Storage: 

Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags, 25KG per bag. Store in a dry and cool environment. Keep the package sealed when not in use to prevent contamination, sunlight exposure and moisture.
