White Masterbatch

Jiangyin Shengsai white masterbatch is refined from high-quality raw materials. It features bright luster, excellent dispersibility, high concentration, superior whiteness, strong covering power, as well as good migration resistance and heat resistance. It ensures product quality and yield, reduces energy consumption, and improves production efficiency. Its performance and advantages are more prominent when applied to thin products such as multi-layer co-extrusion films, cast films, coating films, composite films, milk films, black and white films, stretch films and protective films.

2. Usage and Dosage: 

Dosage: Normally 1%-5%; 2%-4% for high-whiteness, high-hiding and thin-wall products, adjustable based on titanium dioxide content, product thickness and whiteness standard. 

Process: Mix evenly with PE resin, then process by conventional injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. Dry water-absorbent resin in advance to avoid defects. 

3. Application Scope (PE White Masterbatch): 

Compatible with LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and suitable for high-end whitening of PE and PP products: 

PE films: food packaging film, agricultural mulch film, geomembrane and cast film, with uniform whiteness and stable inherent performance. 

PE & PP injection parts: food containers, medicine bottles, trash cans and daily plastic items, no discoloration or yellowing. 

PE pipes: HDPE water supply and drainage pipes, balanced appearance and weather resistance without affecting mechanical properties. 

Others: blow molding, spinning and foaming products, adaptable to various processing technologies. 

4. Packaging and Storage: 

25KG per paper-plastic composite bag. Store in dry, cool place; keep sealed to avoid contamination, sunlight and moisture.
