Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch

Filler masterbatch is a type of masterbatch that uses PP and PE as carriers, mainly adopts high-quality submicron ultrafine inorganic powders such as calcium carbonate and talcum powder as fillers, and is added with high- performance special auxiliaries. It is produced through strict batching and uniform mixing, followed by granulation via advanced twin-screw extrusion technology, then sieving and packaging. This masterbatch can not only reduce raw material costs but also improve the performance of final products, belonging to polyolefin modified masterbatch. 

1. Product Characteristics： Adopts advanced powder modification process, blending high-mesh powder with polymers to make inorganic-organic nanocomposites. It has excellent compatibility with PE/PP resins, high product surface gloss, and can be processed with ordinary equipment without changing processes or affecting melt fluidity. Low equipment wear, non-toxic, fine texture, good plasticization, high light transmittance, smooth hand feel and good printability. Acid-alkali and organic solvent resistant, with excellent electrical insulation and better performance than ordinary additives. 

2. Formula Composition： 

1）800/2000 mesh high-quality calcium powder; 

2)  Dispersant, coupling agent and antioxidant; 

3) Polyolefin 

3. Scope of Application： 

Suitable for HDPE, LDPE, PP products (films, pipe fittings, woven bags). High addition ratio (5%-40%, adjustable by raw materials and transparency), easy to use and low-cost.

4. Packaging and Storage： 

25KG per paper-plastic composite bag. Store in dry, cool place; keep sealed, avoid contamination, sunlight and moisture.
