Nano Sodium Sulfate Filler Masterbatch

Sodium Sulfate Nano Filler Masterbatch appears as white and transparent granules with good plasticization performance and excellent tensile strength. It is mainly used in the production of products such as blown films and injection molded parts. Compared with ordinary filler masterbatch, transparent filler masterbatch features minimal impact on the transparency of PP and PE when incorporated into them, and can be widely applied in fields including films, sheets, pipes and containers. When used in PE films, an appropriate addition amount can improve the transparency of HDPE films and has almost no impact on the transparency of LDPE films. Meanwhile, it delivers excellent surface smoothness and balanced mechanical properties.

3. Usage and Dosage: 

Directly mix this masterbatch evenly with plastic raw materials before production and processing. The generally recommended addition amount is 10-20%, and the appropriate proportion can also be selected according to specific requirements. 

4. Application Scope: Widely used in films, sheets, pipes, containers and other fields, mainly for the production of blown film and injection molding products. 

5. Packaging and Storage: 

Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags, 25KG per bag. Store in a dry and cool environment. Keep the package sealed when not in use to prevent contamination, sunlight exposure and moisture ingress.
