Defoaming （Water-Absorbing）Masterbatch

Jiangyin Shengsai Defoaming (Water-absorbing) Masterbatch features excellent dispersibility with no screen clogging or surface pitting. It can absorb moisture up to 20% of its own weight, effectively eliminating bubbles caused by wet or degraded plastics. Widely applicable to various damp raw materials and recycled plastics, it requires no adjustment to existing production processes or equipment and saves material drying costs. It stably guarantees product quality and yield, while boosting production efficiency and cutting energy consumption.

2. Usage & Dosage: 

Mix directly with raw materials; no pre-heating or drying required. 

Addition ratio: 2-4% for film blowing and pipes; 3-5% for sheets and injection molding. 

Adjust dosage as needed. 

3. Scope of Application: 

Suitable for PP/PE films, bags, sheets and injection molding products. 

4. Notes: 

1) Keep dry before use; finish within 16 hours after opening. 

2) Use mixed materials promptly to avoid moisture absorption and filter clogging. 

3) Check package integrity before use; seal leftover material tightly. 

5. Packaging: 

Double-layer vacuum airtight packaging: 5kg/bag, 25kg/carton.
