Anti-static Masterbatch

Static electricity hazards caused by plastic products occur frequently. Anti-static masterbatch can effectively solve this problem and is widely used in packaging, injection molding and other fields.

Product Introduction:

Anti-static masterbatch is composed of anti-static agents, carrier resins and auxiliary additives. Anti-static agents are mostly high-molecular amines, carrier resins are mainly PE and PP, and auxiliary additives contain dispersants to ensure uniform dispersion of each component.

Application and features:

This series of products (ABS, HIPS, PP, PE) are manufactured by choosing different anti-static agents specifically, which can reduce the surface resistivity of the products to 10⁸ - 10¹¹ [Ω/sq]. It not only solves the anti-static problem of the products well, but also eliminates the inconvenience of plastic product manufacturers in choosing and adding anti-static agents.

Principle:

The anti-static agent in the anti-static masterbatch migrates to the surface of the product, absorbs moisture in the air to form a conductive layer, and promptly dissipates accumulated charges to inhibit the generation of static electricity.

Applicable:

In the packaging industry, it is suitable for electronic packaging films, plastic containers, etc.; in the plastic product processing industry, it can be used in the production of injection molding, blow molding, sheet products, etc.
